Your mobile-messaging campaigns deliver personalized messaging directly to your customers. You can also conduct surveys and polls to learn more about your customers and hold contests and sweepstakes to generate excitement around your brand.

A campaign consists of related messages sent from your company or organization. In order to be compliant with FCC and industry standards, you must first obtain permission (opt-in) from mobile users before including them in a text-messaging campaign. After the user has given permission, you can send ongoing broadcast messages to promote your company or organization.
